Polycarbonate corrugated sheets are extremely tough and durable. Their structure and material, which is polycarbonate, make them resistant to impact and hail. The double-sided UV protection prevents the panels from turning yellow and brittle in the sun and at the same time ensures many years of use. The panels are guaranteed against yellowing and hail for 10 years. One of the main advantages of corrugated polycarbonate panels is the ease of installation, as no spacers or profiles are needed. The panels are simply screwed in place with screws and a sponge gasket at the bottom of the corrugation. One cylinder is overlapped during installation. The condition for the use of Z-top corrugations is the longitudinal construction in relation to the fall of the canopy.

Diamond polycarbonate corrugated panel, transparent and 2,8 mm thick, with a prismatic embossed structure on the underside. As it is highly resistant to impact and hail, it is the perfect roofing material for a carport.
The special feature of Diamond-Z is that it does not require purlins or battens, but is mounted directly on the joists (rafters).
